  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Optional additions for enhanced benefits:

  • 1-2 tbsp collagen peptides
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 packet Four Sigmatic reishi elixir

Instructions
