- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
For the salad:
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 large mango, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1 jar roasted bell peppers, drained

1. Prepare dressing by combining all dressing ingredients (olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, honey, chili powder, cumin, sea salt) in a bowl and whisking vigorously until well combined.
