- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 handfuls kale, chopped

Start by grating your sweet potato first. You can use a hand grater or the grating attachment of your food processor. Set the grated sweet potato aside while you prepare other ingredients.

Next, cook your diced bacon in a large skillet over medium heat on the stove. Render the bacon until it’s crispy and the fat has been released. Once cooked, remove the bacon bits and set them aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, reserving the bacon grease in the pan.
