  • 4 cups (400 g) cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp (ghee, melted, or other cooking oil of choice)

Seasoning blend:

  • 2 tbsp (nutritional yeast)
  • 1 tbsp (arrowroot starch)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (sea salt)

Instructions
