  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional, if you love it!)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Once hot, add a tablespoon of olive oil if needed (depending on your chosen ground meat’s fat content) and add the ground turkey and diced onion to the skillet.
