  • 1 cup almond milk (or other nut milk, cashew is great too)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon (plus more for topping)
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Sweetener, to taste (optional, omit for Whole30 + Keto)
  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional, omit for Vegan)
  • 1 tsp coconut butter (or cacao butter)

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk to combine everything and then continue whisking occasionally until heated through. The top will get a little frothy when it’s heated and the coconut butter will be fully melted.
